No, not at this time. I do provide a Copy Framework Document to help guide you through writing your copy.
This is one of the most common concerns I hear from clients. And I want to reassure you that you don’t need to have everything perfectly polished before we begin.
When you book your VIP days, I’ll send you a Copy Framework Document and PDF wireframes that show you exactly where each piece of content will live on your website. This takes the guesswork out of writing your copy because you can see the layout visually as you write.
You’ll typically have a few weeks to a month or more between booking and your actual VIP days. This should be plenty of time to work through the framework at your own pace.
What I need from you before day one:
Don’t have everything written from scratch? That’s okay. Sometimes clients have more copy than they think. One client came to me with a brochure, welcome emails, and a couple of online profiles and I was able to pull exactly what we needed from those. I’m experienced at working with what you have.
Stock images that suit your brand are also available if needed, so even if your photo library is limited we can still create something beautiful.
Still not sure if you’re ready? That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Let’s talk through where you are and I’ll tell you honestly whether we’re good to go.
You will need to provide the website copy, branding assets (unless you have the Brand & Launch Package), branded images (headshots, etc.), and login information by our project start date. If these items are not received by the start date we will need to reschedule.
I build/redesign websites with WordPress . I do work with the WooCommerce plugin if your design requires an ecommerce shop for digital products.
VIP Design Packages do not include my in-depth strategy call and process that is the main focus of the Custom Web Design Packages. Because of the strategy process, the timeline is longer for Custom projects at 6 to 8 weeks.
The VIP package also does not include mockups of your design as I will be building the website as we go and you will be providing feedback and edit requests the same day.
Yes I do! I offer a 4 month payment plan with the first payment due at the time of signing the contract.
Yes, but there is flexibility in how we structure those two days. For example, I had a client in Australia and because of the time difference she couldn’t be available while I was working to submit her edits. So we split her first VIP day into two half days sessions so that she would have time to review progress and send her edits to me before I got too far into her project. So, just as I did for this client, I will do my best to work with your time zone and schedule needs.
