10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for services rendered. Any hourly packages purchased must be used within one year from the start date of working together. After one year, the hours expire. More hours may be purchased at any time.
Refunds from my digital product store are not available as these products are digital in nature and have instant access.
11. Digital Products
Any paid digital products such as masterclasses, trainings, courses, or Canva templates are sold and delivered through Podia. Which is a third-party course platform. You can view their terms and conditions here. Each of my digital products may include its own terms and conditions which are outlined with the product’s documents included in Podia.

The terms of our services are outlined in the contract that the client receives and must agree to before we begin working together.
